Boutique Group Training
K-Fit Lab delivers a comprehensive, body-changing workout in a personalized and discreet environment. Classes are capped at 8 participates.
Our studio focuses on client experience and our small class sizes drive your training experience by creating a personalized environment. Groups of no more than 8 people per class and each class is 45 minutes in length. Every session is led by an experienced Personal Trainer who is committed to help every client navigate through our programs. Our trainers know how to motivate you, modify, assess, and correct your movements — this allows you to focus on moving, rather than worrying about form. The workout itself is enough of the challenge!
K Fit Strength - If you want to improve your strength then this class is for you! Learn proper form and technique while strengthening your whole body!
K-Fit Conditioning - This class focuses on building cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
K-Fit Stretch and Mobility(coming soon) - A gentle but challenging class that will stretch your whole body and increase mobility. These classes are great for injury prevention, relieving tension and improving alignment. This class will leave you feeling lengthened and relaxed.
